Well for those of you that don't know, we are just days away from closing on our first house! We are so excited and so relieved that the stress of house hunting is over! There were ups and downs and times when we almost didn't think we would get the house, but alas! We will be moved in by the end of the month! Moving has lots of advantages! We get to live in our own space, decorate the way we want, not have to worry about neighbors above or below us, watch movies as loud as we want, and have plenty of room! But we are also going to miss living in the Cottonwood Heights area, being in our amazing ward, and being closer to work(for both of us). But there is a plan for everyone, and this is the start of a new beginning for us!
So about the house! It was built in the late 70's, but was a totally remodel. The company bought it and flipped it. So we will be the first people to live in it! Brand new paint, carpet, new kitchen floors, new tiled bathrooms, a huge laundry room with plenty of storage, a pantry, 5, yes 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice size yard! Overall, we are very pleased with it! The only work we will have to do is yard work, which will included ripping up an old cement patio and an old shed, and adding a fire pit(hopefully).
To our ward family in the Butler 20th ward, we have loved getting to know all of you! I know alot of you won't read this but you all truly mean a lot to us! We made so many new friends, and got to know almost all of you, and we couldn't have asked for a better ward! You truly helped us in every way, even if you think you didn't. We will always come visit and keep you updated in our going ons. We love you all and hope you keep us in your thoughts and keep in touch!
I am back at Urban Wear until the end of the summer, Brent is continuing to look for a job in his field and we are just enjoying being together, and look forward to starting a family soon :)
That is about it for this post, sorry I haven't been very good at keeping this up to date. I will do better.
Until next time! Loves!
