Life!

Well its almost the end of March... And then April... And we get to move on the 19th of April!!! We can't wait. Living in our apartment has been rough and interesting. But now the 8 month lease is up and we get to live in an even better apartment!!! Plus its closer to both our jobs and more shopping :)
March has been a good month! Started back at Urban Wear, helped my sister and brother-in-law move to a nice house, Princess Party, My birthday(24, Getting old...), found an apartment, the jeep is almost finished, an awesome St. Patty's celebration thanks to my sister Lindsay, Improv(Hilarious as always!), finally getting a vacuum, helping my mom and little sister move, a bridal shower for Torrie, Shelly getting engaged, trying to eat healthier, and just getting to be with my husband and enjoying life!
This past month has also made me reflect on alot of things. I'm so glad I have the opportunity to go to church to grow and learn. In church the past Sunday's, I feel like the lessons have really been for my benefit. I have learned so much and its made me want to change a few things in my life. I think the biggest thing I want to change is my attitude. I want to try and be more positive about things, and always try and be a good mood no matter what. I love being around people that are positive and are happy so I want to try and emulate that. I want to become more spiritual. I want to learn more about the scriptures and the history of the church. I find it so fascinating and I don't spend nearly enough time reading and learning from the Book of Mormon. I want to get in shape so I can run a full mile without having to stop. I envy those who can run marathons or just go for a 5 mile run in the morning... I want to get to the point where I can atleast run a mile or so without dying. And along with that, eating healthier. I find that when I eat healthier I can focus better and I just feel better! These are just little things that I think with help me "Shape up" physically, mentally, and spiritually. I hope I can endure and really reach these little goals I have. I have so many great role models around me that I look up to. And they are the ones I look to for motivation. They help me everyday, and they don't even know it. I don't want to name names, so for now I just want to thank everyone who I have ever come in contact with. Even if you don't know it, you made an impact on me. Whether its my friends I see alot, or just people I pass by at work or at the store. At one point or another, someone said or did something that really stuck out to me. Thats why I love meeting new people. You never know if you'll learn something new, make a new friend, receive a kind word or smile that brightens your day, or find a new outlook on life. Life is wonderful!

  1. And how! I actually have a lot of your same goals...be more positive (esp. about my classes), get in shape, study the Gospel more in depth...don't you just love how life lets us do that? I love you, Fish! And I'm glad for your influence in my life :)
